Although she was working with other clients she made us feel like we were the only ones. She offered advise and assistance and provided tips on selling our home but decisions were always ours to make. We never felt any obligations or pushes towards a certain suggestion. She was very helpful, positive, and encouraging. She was very willing to negotiate when purchasing our new home. Irma explained everything every step of the way and answered any questions or concerns we had. The entire process went very smooth and quick thanks to the help she provided. Irma is a very nice and friendly person. I would recommend working with her to everyone! If we sell and buy in the future it will definitely be with Irma.
